AKF shifts bodies of martyred students to hometowns

PESHAWAR: The bodies of eight students martyred in the blast Tuesday sent to their hometowns by AlKhidmat Ambulance Service.

Under the supervision of president AlKhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khalid Waqas, dozens of volunteers performed rescue services on blast site and at the hospital.

Khalid Waqas, directed District President Arbab Abdul Haseeb and General Secretary Iftikhar Ahmad AKF to immediately carry out rescue operations at the site of the incident and at Government Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar.

Dozens of volunteers and ambulances rushed to the spot and took part in the rescue operation.

The injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.

AKF provided free AlKhidmat ambulance service to transport students and teachers killed in the blast to their hometowns

The bodies of martyrs belonging to Afghanistan were sent to Pak-Afghan border Torkham through AlKhidmat Ambulance Service while those belonging to Waziristan were sent to Torkham.

The bodies of the martyrs were also sent to their native places along with their teachers and other students of the madrassa.
